Chason Wachter founded Cottage Properties, LLC in 2008. As a broker/realtor, Chason has provided home buyers and sellers with courteous and professional service for over 30 years. Having grown up on Mobile Bay, and moving back to The Eastern Shore after his graduation from Auburn, Chason knows first hand the benefits of living in Baldwin County, AL, with over 30 miles of white sand beaches and 26 miles of bay waterfront.

Located in Downtown Daphne, Cottage Properties, LLC is a cozy, hometown, boutique agency with a small group of real estate agents that are committed to sharing their vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry (over 130 years combined, to be exact) with their clients.
